Credence is seeking a highly motivated ServiceNow Certified Master Architect to support the growth of their ServiceNow Practice and delivery capabilities. The role focuses on implementing enterprise-level solutions, developing team skills, and integrating AI-driven technologies. The company emphasizes servant leadership and client success.
Requirements
- Must be able and willing to obtain a security clearance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proven expertise in deploying modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SAM, SPM, HR, Security, Automation Engine, and CMDB.
- Experience integrating AI technologies into ServiceNow.
- Familiarity with federal standards and requirements, including compliance frameworks.
- Experience with DevSecOps methodologies working with ServiceNow Platform.
Requirements Summary
