ServiceNow Certified Master Architect

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology related field
• 8+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience, including platform architecture and enterprise module implementation
• Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management capabilities
• Proven expertise in deploying modules such as ITSM, ITOM, SAM, SPM, HR, Security, Automation Engine, and CMDB
• Experience integrating AI technologies into ServiceNow
• Familiarity with federal standards and requirements, including compliance frameworks
• Experience with DevSecOps methodologies working with ServiceNow Platform
• Certifications: ServiceNow Master Architect Certification, Additional Industry certifications such as PMP, Cloud etc.
