Windward Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow Certified Platform Administrator to manage and maintain our ServiceNow platform and related products. The successful candidate will work closely with engineers & product managers to develop, configure and customize the platform to meet the organization's requirements, troubleshoot technical issues, and support end users.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technologies, or related field
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow platform concepts
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages like JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- Ability to work independently and in a team, with good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
