This role plays a crucial part in ensuring the CMDB reflects the true state of Bentley’s organization’s IT infrastructure, enabling better decision-making, improved service delivery, and more efficient ITIL Practices. The ServiceNow CMDB Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Configuration Management Database (CMDB) within the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- 5 years of experience in ServiceNow Platform and CMDB Lifecycle management
- Bachelor’s degree in STEM or Computer Science or Information Technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with Discovery Tools, including Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
