ServiceNow CMDB Analyst and Technical Developer

Fluor is seeking a ServiceNow CMDB Analyst and Technical Developer to join their team. This role focuses on managing, designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, partnering with various stakeholders to address complex business issues. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and proficiency in ServiceNow administration and development.

Requirements

• Primary responsibility is to support a variety of ServiceNow Discovery/CMDB administration tasks
• Monitor CMDB health and resolve conflicts between data sources
• Implement and support out of the box and applicable custom patterns to discover on premise and cloud infrastructure
• Work collaboratively across business and technology services organizations to evolve and mature the CMDB
• Design, develop, and configure new ServiceNow applications and workflows
• Work with business stakeholders, project managers, and analysts to gather requirements and provide technical solutions
