As a Communications and Training specialist, you'll support an enterprise ServiceNow implementation, managing communications campaigns, developing training plans, and communicating strategies to stakeholders.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with enterprise ServiceNow implementation communications
- Experience with communications, technical writing, and training support for Centers for Disease Control and Prevention
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, public health analysts, or scientists
- Ability to independently draft communications about complex technical information with a set of stakeholders from business and technical organizations and provide accurate and timely advice, opinions, and recommendations
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements
