ServiceNow Configuration Analyst

Terumo Blood and Cell Technologies is seeking a ServiceNow Configuration Analyst to support the ITSM Management Tool. This role involves system administration, configuration, and SME for key processes, analyzing KPIs, and facilitating meetings. The position requires close collaboration with the Product Owner to define customer and stakeholder requirements and drive process improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Information Systems or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience.
• Knowledge of ServiceNow.
• Experience with Information Technology using ITSM or ITIL best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to generate meaningful analysis of Service Management data.
• Strong IT Service Management Processes knowledge.
