ServiceNow Configuration Management Database Technical Lead

The ServiceNow Configuration Management Database Technical Lead will oversee the CMDB design, implement and monitor policies and controls, and lead a team of professionals to deliver ITSM solutions to the DoD customer. The position requires 10+ years of relevant experience and a Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Requirements

• Active secret clearance
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Bachelor’s Degree or 15 yrs without a degree
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certifications
• Experience recommending commercial solutions to the DoD
• Experience reviewing reports of computer equipment production, malfunction, and maintenance
• Experience supporting architecture design, development, implementation, and maintenance
• Broad and deep understanding in ServiceNow ITSM & CMDB platform execution
• 3+ years’ experience leading development teams
• 3+ years’ experience working in ServiceNow CMDB
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
• Good team player with a strong willingness to participate and help others
