We are looking for a ServiceNow Consultant to join our team at Globant, a digitally native technology services company. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow consulting, excellent understanding of how to configure and customize ServiceNow, and knowledge of how to assess and improve ServiceNow performance.
Requirements
- Conversational English level
- ServiceNow Consulting Experience
- Excellent understanding of the ways in which ServiceNow can be configured and customized
- Knowledge of how to assess the performance of a ServiceNow environment, how to diagnose performance problems, and best practices for improving performance
- Experience working as a Business Analyst implementing ServiceNow solutions
- Scrum knowledge
- CIS OR CSA Certification is a plus
