Deloitte is seeking a ServiceNow Consultant to provide high-level design and technical solutions for ServiceNow team. The role involves designing applications, mapping client business requirements, and prioritizing tasks effectively.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 4+ years experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation Platform
- Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting
- Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues
- Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours and environment
- Fluent verbal and written English language skills
- Minimum: ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM or CSM)
- Nice to have: ServiceNow Certified Application Developer
