As a ServiceNow Consultant, you will provide high-level design and technical solutions for ServiceNow team, prioritizing multiple tasks effectively and delivering technical design documents. You will be responsible for the overall design of the application and mapping client business requirements from the project team to systems/technical requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent
- 4+ years experience in Design and Implementation of ServiceNow Automation Platform
- Team player with effective interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated leadership and teamwork within or outside a work setting
- Exceptional problem-solving ability. Logical reasoning, creative thinking, comfort with numbers, and the ability to untangle complex issues
- Strong passion for consulting, ability to adapt and cope in a fast pace, challenging work hours and environment
- Fluent verbal and written English language skills
- Willingness to travel and most of all... A sense of humor
