We are seeking a ServiceNow Consultant with experience in Business Process Consulting, ServiceNow, and project management. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and communication skills and experience working in a management consulting environment.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in Business Process Consulting, problem definition, Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes
- At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow, CMDB & Service-Watch Skills
- At least 4 years of experience in Development/ Configuration/solutions evaluation/ Validation and deployment
- Analytical and Communication skills

Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, at least 7 years of experience with IT Service management Skills, and experience working in a management consulting environment
