This ServiceNow Consultant position focuses on developing technical solutions using the ServiceNow platform to meet the needs of the IT department and potentially other departments. The role involves integrating existing systems with ServiceNow and creating technical documentation. Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience is required.
Requirements
- Develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
- Develop ITSM & other modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, ITOSM, ITOM).
- Follow best development practices.
- Support developers and integrate systems with ServiceNow.
- Create technical design documents and writing unit test cases.
