- Advanced knowledge of: Standard modules (ITSM, ITOM, etc.), Custom development (Script Includes, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Glide API), REST/SOAP/OpenAPI integrations
- Knowledge of ITIL standards (certification valued)
- Experience in complex corporate environments or large clients
