This ServiceNow Consultant position involves developing technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform to meet the IT department's and broader business needs. Responsibilities include developing ITSM and other modules like GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, ITOSM, and ITOM, along with strong hands-on ServiceNow experience. The consultant is also responsible for creating technical design documents and writing unit test cases.
Requirements
- Development of ITSM & other modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM, ITOSM, ITOM) in ServiceNow Platform.
- Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience (either support or development).
