The ServiceNow Consultant will develop technical solutions on the ServiceNow platform, supporting IT and beyond. This role involves developing ITSM modules, integration with other systems, providing technical design, and knowledge in the ITSM/GRC/SECOPS/HRSD/CSM/ITBM processes. The consultant will also be responsible for upgrades and maintain technical standards.

Requirements

  • Development of ITSM & other modules (GRC, SECOPS, HRSD, CSM, ITBM) in ServiceNow Platform.
  • Strong hands-on ServiceNow experience (either support or development).
  • Creating technical design document and writing unit test cases.
  • Knowledge in Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JAVA Script, etc.)
  • ServiceNow upgrade hands-on.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication, collaboration, analytical and presentation skills.

Requirements Summary

B-Tech/BCA/MCA; 4.5+ years IT experience; ServiceNow experience is needed
