Devoteam is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Technical Consultant to strengthen their team. This role involves designing, implementing, and maintaining ServiceNow solutions for customers, collaborating with stakeholders, and identifying technical problems. The company is a Google-backed AI-driven tech consultancy with a strong emphasis on innovation and teamwork.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a ServiceNow consultant.
- CSA (Certified System Administrator) certification is a must.
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in relevant modules (e.g. ITSM, HRSD, CMDB).
- Strong knowledge of scripting in ServiceNow (Javascript, angular JS, JQuery, JSON).
- ITIL certification is a plus.
- Fluently in Dutch and a good control of English.
- Experience working in the Netherlands.
- Analytical, problem-solving and customer-focused mindset.

Requirements Summary
