ServiceNow CRM Developer

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented ServiceNow CRM Developer to join our growing team.

Requirements

• Expertise in Sales and Order Management
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript and TypeScript
• Experience building and working with APIs (REST, GraphQL, SOAP)
• Strong knowledge of CSS, HTML, and modern JavaScript frameworks
• Hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer
• Familiarity with ServiceNow APIs such as GlideRecord, GlideAjax, and other server/client-side scripting tools
• Experience with ServiceNow’s Next Experience (UI Builder)
• Understanding of ITIL processes and best practices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to research and implement effective solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
