ServiceNow CSDM Analyst SME

Windward Consulting is seeking a ServiceNow CSDM Analyst SME to help clients align process, organization, information, and technology to run mission-critical IT environments. The ideal candidate is passionate about technology, has experience with implementing CSDM and CMDB, and can design and re-engineer ServiceNow CSDM and CMDB support and operations.

Requirements

• 5+ years leading teams in process alignment for ServiceNow deployments
• ServiceNow Certifications Administration, Implementation, CMDB, Data Foundations
• Demonstrated experience working with ServiceNow CSDM deployment
• Demonstrated experience working process at the enterprise level with measurable results
• Strong facilitation skills and the ability to build positive working relationships within a commercial organization
• Microsoft Office and process modeling skills
• Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
