Requirements
- 5+ years leading teams in process alignment for ServiceNow deployments
- ServiceNow Certifications Administration, Implementation, CMDB, Data Foundations
- Demonstrated experience working with ServiceNow CSDM deployment
- Strong facilitation skills and the ability to build positive working relationships within a commercial organization
- Excellent communication, writing, and interpersonal skills
