The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform, a ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification, and a proven track record of delivering CSM solutions that drive business value.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience with the ServiceNow platform
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) certification
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API)
- Hands-on experience with integrations (REST/SOAP, IntegrationHub, MID Server)
- In-depth understanding of CSM and ITSM processes and configuration
- Analytical Skills: Able to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Collaboration: Effective communication and teamwork skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
