We are looking for a ServiceNow Customer Workflows Business Lead to strengthen our growing ServiceNow team with expertise in modern, digital customer processes.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in the Customer Workflows environment in a consulting role
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow CWF (or comparable solutions like Salesforce)
- Experience in Pre-Sales, bid preparation, and C-Level stakeholder management
- Proven experience in leading projects and teams
- Excellent consulting and soft skills (structured analysis, presentations, moderation)
- Fluent German and English
