We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support a ServiceNow-oriented solution, assisting in the technical solution and development/implementation of applications, leveraging the modules and customization as necessary to ensure the required business outcomes are delivered.
Requirements
- 7+ years of overall IT experience
- 3+ years in a ServiceNow developer role to support Low-Code/No-Code Development
- Good understanding of ServiceNow's architecture, data model, and core concepts
- Good understanding of ACLs
- Ability to come on-site to the Rosslyn, VA office
- ServiceNow System Administration certifications (CSA)
- Proficient in multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or similar, with a strong ability to write clean and maintainable code
- Understanding of the software development life-cycle, from sprint initiation to deployment and maintenance
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow components, such as Change Management, Service Catalog, Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management, CMDB, CSM, Knowledge Management, Self-Service Portal, etc.
- Prior experience participating in the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including analysis, design, coding, testing, and promotion into production
