LMI is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to support our customer's configuration and development objectives. A successful ServiceNow Developer will demonstrate competency in ServiceNow and understand the full implementation cycle of ServiceNow.
Requirements
- Develop the full implementation life cycle to support the deployment of ServiceNow modules into complex client environments
- Translate business requirements into ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions and actionable insights
- Configure time series analysis, thresholds, and forecasting in Performance Analytics
- Optimize system performance and ensuring PA solutions are scalable and efficient
- Configure security and access control related to Performance Analytics dashboards
- Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand the mission needs of the client and develop those requirements in ServiceNow
- Implement ServiceNow modules for multiple customers
- Implement configurations and customizations for multiple customers
- Create and manage business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, and user portals
