Credence is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to assist in the technical solution and development/implementation of applications. The role involves migrating legacy applications to the DLA Enterprise ServiceNow platform, leveraging OOTB modules and customization to deliver business outcomes. Responsibilities include design, testing, training, and problem solving. This position focuses on delivering products and services defined throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

  • Ensure development aligns with ServiceNow architecture principles
  • Manage the ServiceNow solution design, development, testing, and go-live support
  • Understand business context and translate to a sustainable ServiceNow implementation
  • Experience with ServiceNow components (Change Management, Service Catalog, etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow analysis, architecture and application development
  • Strong understanding of ACLs

Requirements Summary
