- Several Years of Software Development experience, preferably on ServiceNow projects or comparable cloud platform projects.
- Experience with common programming languages, particularly JavaScript, Angular, and Bootstrap.
- Good knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM, Virtual Agent, and Knowledge Management modules.
- Experience in Front- and Backend Development.
- Deep understanding of modern software development techniques (CI/CD, Containerization).
- Strong communication skills.
- Fluent English.
