Requirements
- 3+ years as a ServiceNow Developer
- Experience with ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog), ITOM (Event Management, CMDB, Discovery, Service Mapping), and Service Portals
- Experience with Agile, Scrum, or Kanban teams
- 2+ years as an ITOM Administrator
- IT infrastructure knowledge, particularly Application, Server, and Networking
- Knowledge of ITIL framework (CMDB, governance)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Database fundamentals
