LMI is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support customer configuration and development. The role involves translating business requirements into ServiceNow solutions, optimizing performance, and ensuring security. LMI focuses on innovation and speed, providing commercial-grade platforms and AI to federal agencies.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of demonstrated experience in development, implementation and deployment of ServiceNow modules using Agile DevSecOps techniques in a client environment
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA)
- Experience in designing and implementing data collection jobs, formula indicators, and automated trend analysis
- Experience creating and optimizing Performance Analytics scorecards
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow reporting, data visualization, and analytics leveraging the Performance Analytics module
- Knowledge of ServiceNow data structures and how PA integrates with other modules
- Experience in Scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, or Business Rules)
