Requirements
- Breaking down functional and business requirements into tangible, clear and estimable objectives
- Writing end-to-end automated tests to provide code coverage for business-critical components
- Ensuring quality, performance and adherence to specifications of assigned development tasks and adjacent technology solutions
- Designing, developing, and customizing applications, workflows, and integrations within the ServiceNow platform
- Modifying existing ServiceNow applications to align with organizational requirements and improve functionality
- Producing and running test cases, deploying solutions to test environments, and managing the deployment process to production
- Providing clear documentation of the developed applications, workflows, and integrations for future reference and maintenance
- Developing integrations using ServiceNow APIs, web services, and other tools to connect ServiceNow with external system
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Web Services, MySQL, and CSS
- Being able to identify, analyze, and resolve technical issues within ServiceNow
- Working effectively with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and end-users to understand requirements, design solutions, and deliver quality applications
- Working with ServiceNow vendors to address product defects and ensure timely resolution
- Managing the ServiceNow platform, including tasks like patching, upgrades, and performance monitoring
