Requirements
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of experience in People Management
- Good understanding of ServiceNow Development Platform (ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, Employee Lifecycle/HR)
- Understanding of ServiceNow Client-side and Server-side scripting, REST APIs, Flow Designers, MID Servers, Service Portal
- SQL Server or other database experience
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- Detailed-oriented approach to problem-solving
- Ability to drive projects from inception to completion
- Ability to overcome challenges
