We are looking for a ServiceNow developer to work on Service Now Module: ITSM, ITOM, HR, App Engine, Portal. The role involves developing ServiceNow Solutions in the above modules, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying up-to-date with new releases and features of the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development
- Experience with creating and maintaining ServiceNow objects like tables, business rules, client scripts, UI actions, UI policies, script includes workflows, etc.
- Experience with software development methodologies such as Agile or Waterfall
- Solid experience in ITOM, HR, and Core ServiceNow capabilities such as Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, Service Level Management, and CMDB/CSDM
- Experience in working with AI Agent Client Collector, API integrations with other systems, and configuring ServiceNow AIOps
- ITOM certifications, CIS – Discovery, CIS – Event Management, or CIS – Service Mapping, CIS – AiOps, etc.
- Graduation/Post-Graduation in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Strong analytical skills to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Ability to balance multiple priorities while maintaining a focus on quality and deadlines
- ServiceNow Certified System Admin and Implementation Specialist in ITSM, HRSD implementation Specialist, and another ITOM / Discovery or CAD
