This role involves daily administration, custom development, troubleshooting, and implementation of solutions. Requirements
- Perform day-to-day administration of the ServiceNow system
- Create and customize reports, homepages, and dashboards in ServiceNow
- Troubleshoot multiple integrations with ServiceNow and Rally
- Manage ServiceNow security by managing roles and access control lists
- Train personnel in ServiceNow use and processes
- Implement solutions in an agile environment delivering high-quality code and configuration
- Develop and manage Workflows, Process Builder, Assignment rules, email templates, and all other declarative and programmatic features
- Handle mass imports and exports of data
- Map functional requirements to Salesforce.com features and functionality
- Implement change control and best practices with regards to system maintenance, configuration, development, testing, data integrity, etc.
