The ideal candidate will have strong scripting skills, experience with ServiceNow modules, and the ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions. Requirements
- Design, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, workflows, and modules (e.g., ITSM).
- Develop and maintain catalog items, workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations.
- Implement Service Portal and user-friendly interfaces.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems using APIs, web services.
- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and security guidelines.
- Maintain system stability through troubleshooting, upgrades, and patching.
- Support ServiceNow platform administration.

Requirements Summary
