Requirements

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications and integrations
• Customize and enhance core applications
• Create and manage workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and automation tasks
• Integrate ServiceNow with third-party platforms using REST/SOAP APIs and MID Servers
• Collaborate with Business Analysts and stakeholders to define and refine technical requirements
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and performance analytics widgets to support business insights
• Conduct code reviews, perform unit testing, and ensure code quality, security, and documentation
• Maintain architectural documentation, including customizations and configurations
• Actively participate in Agile/Scrum sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives
• Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences in both oral and written formats
