QinetiQ US is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to support the mission clients by developing and maintaining their ServiceNow instance. The role involves designing, developing, and implementing ServiceNow solutions, providing technical support to staff, and identifying opportunities for system optimization. QinetiQ is dedicated to innovating in areas like sensor science, signal processing, and AI, and fosters a supportive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph
- Bacher's or Master's degree in a technical discipline
- System Engineering experience with demonstrated ServiceNow implementation/integration experience
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM toolset and integrations
- Experience designing and/or developing product and service catalog solutions that take full advantage of the ServiceNow modules
