JTI is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join the GBS and Corporate Functions area. This role involves delivering and supporting ServiceNow applications, administering integrations, configuring authorization, and developing solutions while ensuring best practices and JTI standards. Requirements
- University Degree, preferably in IT
- Fluent in English
- 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow implementation member
- Expert knowledge of ServiceNow platform, administration, and Workspace configuration
- Solid experience with ServiceNow integrations
- Good understanding of ITIL or similar framework, development experience in Agile projects
- 1+ years of Development Team Leader experience
