The ideal candidate should possess both independent and collaborative working abilities, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in IT Service Management using ServiceNow. The position involves designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining solutions on the ServiceNow platform, and requires expertise in JavaScript, AngularJS, HTML, CSS, and XML, as well as hands-on experience with ServiceNow scripting.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience with ServiceNow in an enterprise environment
- Experience with ServiceNow IT Service Management and HR Service Delivery applications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Experience with the IT Operation Management module, including Discovery, Configuration Management Database (CMDB), and Orchestration activities
- Experience with Service Portal development and troubleshooting
