Sapiens International Corporation is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the ServiceNow platform and its modules, as well as experience in scripting and customization.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer
  • Solid knowledge of ServiceNow platform and its modules, including Customer Service Management (CSM) and IT Service Management (ITSM), Case Management, Account management, Incident Management, Change Management, SLA Management, Service Catalog Management, ACL Management
  • Proficient in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and customization
  • Experience in ServiceNow workflows (Workflow editor and Flow designer), business rules, UI policies, and catalog development
  • Hands on experience, and knowledge of ServiceNow integration techniques (REST, SOAP, MID Server) and APIs – An Advantage.
  • Enterprise IT Operation Management (ITOM) – An Advantage.
  • Experience in portal development- An advantage.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow administration, including user management, role management, and security configurations.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and team members.
  • Fluent in English
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Team player, proactive and customer-oriented approach.
  • ServiceNow certifications (ServiceNow Certified Application Developer, ServiceNow Certified System
