- Mandatory - ServiceNow ITSM development experience
- Good to have skills - Service Catalog, PPM, HRSD, IRM, VR, CMDB, PowerShell scripts
- Should have worked on /understand ATFs
- Design, build and test ServiceNow enhancement stories
- Provide software coding and customization
- Screen tailoring, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, integration, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development
