- Load data into customer's ServiceNow instance.
- Configure LDAP and SSO.
- Configure a single MID server.
- Configure customer's instance with logo, email, etc.
Requirements Summary
CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM/CIS-GRC and US citizenship are required. Active Secret clearance necessary
