We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with an active TS/SCI security clearance to design, develop, and optimize enterprise ServiceNow solutions supporting mission-critical federal programs.
Requirements
- Design, develop, and configure scalable ServiceNow solutions including workflows, UI policies, business rules, client scripts, and server-side scripts
- Build and enhance ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, or custom scoped applications
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications and develop solutions that align with federal security standards
- Implement integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and external data sources
- Maintain and optimize ServiceNow data models, CMDB, and service catalogs
- Support upgrades, patching, and overall platform governance ensuring compliance with DoD/FedRAMP security controls
- Troubleshoot and resolve defects, performance issues, and workflow bottlenecks
