This is a remote 3+ month contract opportunity to lead the early phases of ServiceNow implementation for a client. The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up and configuring ServiceNow, defining a clear scope of work, and providing strategic guidance on ServiceNow capabilities and roadmap.
Requirements
- Proven experience implementing ServiceNow, especially ITSM
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and defining structure
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on, proactive, and adaptable to shifting priorities
- Consulting experience preferred, particularly in short-term, high-ownership roles
