We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer and Administrator to configure and set up the ITSM application, maintain and support the implementation, and work closely with various teams to ensure business needs are met. The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of IT experience, ITILv3 foundation certification, and prior experience with ServiceNow and other Service Management tools.
Requirements
- IT or Web programming related educational background
- ITILv3 foundation certification
- Service-now training and prior experience in at least 1 implementation/support of ServiceNow
- At least 5-7 years of IT experience in development/support/analyst positions in Service Management tools
- Experience with JavaScript, XML and XSL stylesheets
- Ability to read and understand XML schemas
- Understanding of Software as a Service, client server architecture, SOA and Web Services concepts
