Zones is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their digital transformation team. The role involves integrating ServiceNow with Zones ERP and Digital Tools, supporting Zones' mission to accelerate digital innovation. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ServiceNow development, particularly the CSM module, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. Requirements

• Lead the technical development and integration of ServiceNow with Zones ERP and Zones Digital Tools.
• Collaborate with the Architects/Technical Design Team to ensure alignment between technical design and software solutions.
• Own and execute development tasks, ensuring solutions meet the highest quality standards.
• Provide expertise on all technical questions related to ServiceNow, especially the Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
• Develop and perform component integration tests to ensure smooth implementation.
• Understand business requirements and the need to standardize processes, incorporating these into design solutions.
• Support large-scale thinking and planning for the project’s success.
