- Knowledge of CMDB Implementation
- Expertise in Integration Hub, UI Builder, Service Portal
- Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
- Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using Server Side Scripts (Business Rules, Script Include, UI Actions), Client Scripts, Workflows, Flows, Data Sources & Transform Maps, Database Views to meet the requirements
- Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs to integrate ServiceNow with other IT systems
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to gather requirements from internal and external stakeholders
- Strong analysis, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
