ServiceNow Developer

SFI is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join their team and develop, configure, and optimize their ServiceNow platform. The role involves delivering iterative improvements, collaborating with other teams, and creating and managing workflows, dashboards, and interfaces. This is a primarily remote position with occasional on-site visits.

Requirements

• Develop, configure, and customize the ServiceNow platform.
• Create and manage workflows, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
• Collaborate with application teams.
• Perform production deployment tasks.
• Maintain an understanding of ServiceNow database hierarchies.
• Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code.
• Assist in providing technical support.
