We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer/Administrator to join our dynamic team. This individual will play a pivotal role in developing innovative and effective solutions for our DoD customers within the IC sector.
Requirements
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules, and workflows based on business needs.
- Perform on-premise installations and upgrades of ServiceNow, if applicable.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design ITSM solutions and ensure smooth system integrations.
- Work on ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, and SecOps, or participate in training to gain expertise.
- Implement ITIL processes and best practices to streamline workflows.
- Troubleshoot issues, provide ongoing support, and maintain system stability.
