Requirements
- Develop full implementation lifecycle for ServiceNow modules.
- Translate business requirements into ServiceNow Performance Analytics solutions.
- Configure time series analysis, thresholds, and forecasting in Performance Analytics.
- Optimize system performance and ensure PA solutions are scalable and efficient.
- Configure security and access control related to Performance Analytics dashboards.
- Coordinate with client stakeholders to understand mission needs.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree required. 5+ years experience in ServiceNow development, Implementation & deployment. Strong ServiceNow Performance Analytics (PA) skills are needed
