Requirements
- Designing and developing custom applications and workflows on ServiceNow
- Gathering and analyzing business requirements for ITSM and ITOM solutions
- Configuring and customizing forms, fields, and modules within the ServiceNow platform
- Integrating ServiceNow with external systems and services
- Providing technical support and platform maintenance
- Written and verbal English communication
- Problem-solving and teamwork
- ServiceNow scripting, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
- RESTful APIs and ServiceNow integration
- ITSM and ITOM modules
- ServiceNow upgrades, patching, and performance optimization
- Supporting and training end-users in a fast-paced environment
