Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- 2+ years of experience working with HRSD modules
- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide scripting, and core ServiceNow platform capabilities
- Strong understanding of HR processes and ability to align technical solutions to business needs
- Experience with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations within ServiceNow
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
