Requirements
- BA/BS degree
- 4-6 years’ relevant experience
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (ITSM)
- ServiceNow Application Developer (nice to have)
- ServiceNow ITOM experience (nice to have)
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong ability to work within a team atmosphere
- US Citizenship status required to service DoD client
