Kentro is seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support the development and implementation of IT Service Management and IT Asset Management functions within the VA End-user Support Operations and Monitoring (ESOM) contract. The role requires deep technical knowledge of ServiceNow, SAM modules, and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will be passionate about innovation and collaborative teamwork, contributing to a positive and supportive work environment.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, management, information systems, engineering or related field
- 8 years of IT experience as ServiceNow Solution development or similar ITAM/HAM Solutions
- Strong understanding of Hardware Asset Management (HAM) processes
- Strong interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Ability to work with teams, but self-motivated to complete projects on your own
